We just took a glimpse at the Martley site to see that all was going well in the village, & were much saddened to read of Peter Wenman’s death.
Do please pass on our sympathies to Jackie; like so many others we have fond memories of our generous musical neighbour.
On a brighter note, we can report that we’ve finally ended our lazy days, & are now working again. As threatened, we are wardens on a caravan site.
Far up north, in the shadow of Bamburgh castle is a splendid little Park rejoicing in the name of Glororum. We’ve great stretches of empty beach,
more sea birds than we knew existed & more castles than you could shake two sticks at. Any old acquaintances would be warmly welcomed.
