Housing Growth in Martley - 2

UPDATE 2 January 2010

Below is a reply from MHDC re the mess-up surrounding the application for the new housing proposal behind The Crown

Andrew Moody wrote (in response to a complaint about the comment date and lack of application info on the web):

"Dear Mr Bruen, Further to my email yesterday, the information displayed on the web site has been updated.
The overall expiry date for consultations is set for 8th January - this is automatically generated by the computer system and can not be altered. However, the 3 site notices I displayed on Wednesday last week all indicate 21 days from 23rd December, i.e. 13th January 2010.
Due to the number of technical consultation responses that I am awaiting, however, people will have beyond this date to comment."

(the full list of docs on the web site is still deficient!)
I don't know if those in Martley who are opposing this plan have yet been updated of this extra time to get comments in?
A question: does anyone know what grade agricultural land the site is? Ideally a MAFF style Agricultural Land Survey would be good. Please contact nigel@berrowhill.plus.com if you know the answer to this question.
