Can anyone tell me whether they have been having problems with their BT line reliability?
We have been without our phone for 2 days now & have not been given a date when BT expect the line to be fixed. We have had friends in Clifton & Suckley, who have been without their lines for 2 months & 1 week recently.
Are they working on something? It would be nice to be warned in advance & be given a date that it would be fixed by?
